  1. Steep White Tea with near-boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Allow the tea to cool, then fill a glass with ice.
  3. Add fresh mint leaves and a teaspoon of honey or agave nectar to a cocktail shaker.
  4. Pour the cooled tea over the mint and sweetener, and shake lightly.
  5. Strain into the glass of ice, sprinkle with edible silver glitter, and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy under the moonlight.
