Returns
- We accept returns of POD items within 30 days of receipt for most items. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of any damage. Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may return your item for a replacement within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. You will be notified via email once your return is processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of a return due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Items

Returns
- Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of OOAK handmade items, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these products unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations
- Cancellations of orders for OOAK handmade items are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we generally cannot accept cancellations as the item may already be in the process of being created or shipped.
